Our Rotary Club has a tradition of strong support for The Rotary Foundation which over the past 100 years has spent $3 billion on life-changing, sustainable projects. Learn more about The Rotary Foundation at www.rotary.org/en/about-rotary/rotary-foundation .
In addition to the fundraising our Club supports for local community projects and grants, Club Members contribute an average of $30,000 to The Rotary Foundation to support the many causes championed by The Rotary Foundation in these six major areas:
- Promoting Peace
- Providing Clean Water
- Saving Mothers & Children
- Supporting Education
- Growing Local Economies
- Fighting Disease
Total giving by Club Members is over $1 million. Our club is a 100% Sustaining Member supporter of The Rotary Foundation as every Club Member makes at least a $100 contribution annually.
The Rotary Foundation recognizes member contributions as outlined on the Donor Recognition page of the Rotary International website.
